Refund Policy
At Hemp Silk Threads, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. We understand that sometimes plans change or a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to help.
Order Cancellations
You can request to cancel or update your order within 12 hours of placing it. This includes changes to fabric length, color, or shipping address. Please contact us at info@hempsilkthreads.com as soon as possible.
Orders processed after this 12-hour window cannot be canceled. If your order has already been shipped, you may initiate a return instead.
Returns
We gladly accept returns if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Fabrics must be unused, uncut, and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
To start a return, contact us at info@hempsilkthreads.com. We’ll provide instructions on how to return your items. Please note that items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive damaged fabrics, defective items, or the wrong product, contact us right away at info@hempsilkthreads.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the fabric you want is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the correct fabric.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Important Notes
- If a delivery is refused and returned to us, any customs duties, taxes, or shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
