Return Policy

• Your happiness and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with our product, Hemp Silk Threads gives all customers the chance to return their product in new condition within 30 days of receipt of your order.
• Customers take responsibility for return shipping. The refund will be the item price minus the restocking fee (if applied).
• We do not accept returns after 30 days from the purchase date. 
• The return item must be NEW, or close to new condition. We do not accept back USED or WASHED ITEMS. 
• Refused Delivery: If the customer refuses the delivery, the customer will be charged: 

International Returns

• Notice: Customers must cover the fees for the International shipping return labels. International shipping labels may be extremely costly. 

How do I ship back my package?

If you'd like to place a Return Request please send an email to info@HempSilkThreads.com.  Please include your contact information and reason for the return. You can also call 425 446 0546 if you need to talk to us. 

Our Exchange Policy  

• If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days and we will exchange your product free of charge. We will also pay for the return shipping! Please check your order right after you receive it, so we can make an exchange if there is a mistake. We won't exchange it if it happens after 30 days.  
• If you want to exchange/upgrade to other products of higher value, please contact us within 30 days after your receipt of the product. You will have to pay for return shipping and price difference (if applies). Please note that we only accept exchange items when it is brand new and in the original box. 
• WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
